1. About These Terms These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Styling with Sandy (ABN: 603 088 375). By booking a service with Styling with Sandy, you agree to these terms.
2. Services Styling with Sandy provides personal styling, colour consultation, hair and makeup, and related services as described on this website. All services are delivered by Sandy Schofield or an authorised representative.
3. Bookings All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received. Sandy reserves the right to decline a booking at her discretion.
4. Pricing All prices listed on this website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your booking will be confirmed depending on your service at the time of enquiry/booking.
5. Deposits & Payment Some services require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposit amounts will be advised at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling Terms We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact Sandy as soon as possible.
Cancellations made more than 2 days (48 hours) before your appointment: deposit held as credit.
Cancellations made within 2 days (48 hours) of your appointment: deposit forfeited
No-shows: full session fee may be charged at Sandy’s discretion
Sandy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, a full refund or alternative booking date will be offered.
7. Travel Fees Some services are delivered on location. Travel fees may apply depending on your location and will be advised at the time of booking.
8. Deliverables Digital deliverables (colour palettes, style guides, outfit folders, etc.) will be provided following your session within [Sandy to confirm timeframe]. Physical deliverables such as colour swatches are available upon request and may incur an additional fee.
9. Limitation of Liability Styling with Sandy provides styling advice and guidance in good faith. Results may vary and are not guaranteed. Sandy is not liable for any dissatisfaction with personal styling outcomes, purchasing decisions made following a session, or any loss or damage arising from the use of advice provided.
10. Intellectual Property All content, guides, style documents, and materials created by Styling with Sandy remain the intellectual property of Sandy Schofield. They are provided for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or used commercially without prior written consent.
11. Privacy Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988. We will never sell or share your information with third parties without your consent.
12. Photography & Social Media From time to time, Sandy may request permission to photograph sessions for use on her website and social media. Your participation is entirely voluntary and will always be sought via separate written consent.
13. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Sandy’s Service Locations. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
